Dr. Chibuzo Okereke

Dr. Chibuzo Okereke, MLS, MNIIA is the Director in charge of Corporate Projects and Foundation Services. A results-driven Director of Projects with over 10 years of extensive experience in multisector project management strategy, design and implementation, recognized for a proven track record of professional excellence in project management. He has responsibility for coordinating and driving project management strategy and delivering strategic initiatives from design and structuring through to successful implementation.

Chibuzo Okereke has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, optimizing operational efficiencies, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Notable accomplishments include the successful delivery of national and international projects that have significantly enhanced operational performance and sustainability. He chaired Gakfaws Consults Research, Consultancy and Projects Management Company which has implemented projects across multisector and zones.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy (Distinction Honours); a Master’s in Legislative Studies and Governance (Distinction Honours), Bachelor of Accounting Degree (with Honours), Policy design and Analysis Certification and a Project Management Professional, combining technical proficiency with strategic leadership. Okereke is Committed to fostering innovation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and promoting safety and environmental stewardship throughout the project lifecycle.

He is a dynamic leader with exceptional communication skills, dedicated to building strong stakeholder relationships and advancing organizational objectives in a competitive market. Okereke has attended several executive management trainings within and outside Nigeria.
